The Electrifying Latin Fusion Phenomenon ¡Tumbao! returns in 2025 for its biggest year yet.

Coming off from a record-setting international touring year for the ten person ensemble –

having shared the stage with Grammy Award winning and nominated acts like BADBADNOTGOOD, Cimafunk, Chicano Batman, Kabaka Pyramid, Proyecto Uno, and legend Mavis Staples,

featured headliners at the Grassroots Festival Circuit, The Smithsonian, and Jazz in the Garden in Washington, DC –

the International Psychedelic Salsa Orchestra has reached a new height of popularity, expanding its fanbase beyond its original Latin American and East Coast roots.

With the sounds of Latin America and the world, ¡Tumbao! is writing a new chapter in music.

Soma~Rain

As a DJ, Soma~Rain (Jas Waters) sees herself primarily as a dancer. This perspective fuels her creative vision, weaving together genres that guide you into the raw depths of your soul, allowing you to move your body freely and safely in ways you’ve always longed to express. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of genres and global influences, Soma~Rain blends elements of afrobeat, hypnotic techno, drum and bass, tribal rhythms, and ethereal melodies. She seamlessly intertwines classical sensibilities with experimental soundscapes, often incorporating complex Buchla synthesizers and other innovative techniques.

Her mission is to create a deeply grounded, somatic experience for the crowd—connecting each individual to their sensual breath while guiding them through an expansive journey of infinite creative love. With every set, Soma~Rain fosters an atmosphere of expression, empowerment, and transformation, inviting all who listen to step into their true selves and embrace the freedom of movement and sound.
