Drivin’ N Cryin’

In 1985 Drivin N Cryin played their first show at Atlanta’s famed 688 Club. Recent inductees to the Georgia Music Hall of Fame and the Wisconsin Music Hall of Fame, founding members Kevn Kinney and Tim Nielsen find themselves enjoying a continued legacy, having survived the pressures of fame, a shifting musical landscape and multiple lineup changes. The current lineup includes guitarist Laur Joamets (Sturgill Simpson) and longtime drummer Dave V Johnson.

Best known for radio hits “Fly Me Courageous,” “Honeysuckle Blue”, “To Build A Fire,” “The Innocent” and stand out anthem “Straight To Hell,” they’ve toured all over the US and abroad including recent runs with Hootie & The Blowfish, The Black Crowes, Blackberry Smoke, Marshall Tucker Band, Soul Asylum and Jason Isbel

VOLK

Thrash-and-twang duo VOLK light expectations on fire with their explosive brand of

cowpunk and glam rock. Small in size yet big in sound, VOLK is Chris Lowe (electric

guitar, vocals) and Eleot Reich (drums, lead vocals). Together they kick out the jams

with a high-octane show combining politics, poetry, and pageantry that borders on

Hollywood epic. Their debut album, Cashville, is their first full-length release and the

first to capture the full range of their cinematic style.

Since settling for greener pastures in Nashville in 2016, VOLK has opened for such acts as The

Dead South, Nekromantix, Electric Six, Charley Crockett, Diarrhea Planet, The Surfrajettes, and

Steve’N’Seagulls.

* Show is 21+. Attendees under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Attendees under 21 will be subject to a $5 surcharge. The surcharge must be paid in cash at the door on the day of the event.
