Broken Speakers

Born out of the turmoil of the Pandemic, Broken Speakers’ songs weave through a common thread of pain, triumph, struggles and love mixed to the backbeat of both rock and soul.

Writing and recording sessions put together to pass the time in the summer of 2020 were strikingly productive. After hearing a few demos, Shovels & Rope’s Michael Trent offered to lend a production hand to the project and brought on Andy Dixon to handle mixing duties. The resulting album was mastered by Dave McNair and is set to be released in early 2023.
