MonoNeon:

MonoNeon, (Tennesee) is an American bassist and experimental musician. He is known for his presence on YouTube playing bass guitar and known for being one of the last people to work with Prince. Mono was recently here with the experimental funk band Ghost Note.

Daru Jones:

Daru Jones (New York) is one of the most respected drummers of his generation.
Jones has been the “go-to-drummer” in the hip hop game for over a decade. He has shared the stage with legends and emerging stars alike, including: Q-Tip, Mos Def, Raekwon, Pharoahe Monch, Jean Grae, Black Sheep, and Digable Planets. Daru is currently performing with hip-hop producer, Pete Rock and a member also the music director for his new live band, The Soul Brothers.

Jermaine Holmes:

Jermaine Holmes (New Jersey) is the sought after soul singer for hip hop artists. A member of D’Angelo & The Vanguard, he is also the lead singer for Chris Dave & The Drumhedz, and Pete Rock & The Soul Brothers. Jermaine has his debut album soon to be released and will be performing songs from that album with his group, Soulful Congregation.

Benny Starr:

Benny Starr, (South Carolina) is an artist both timeless, and perfectly poised for his time and place through his masterful flow, lyricism, and magnetic stage presence.
The buzz around Starr’s talent has been growing for years through his singles, EPs, mixtapes, and freestyle performances, leading to the release of his first LP in 2015 entitled Free Lunch. Charleston City Paper’s Kyle Peterson described the record as “a soul and R&B sample-infused effort that showcased the emcee’s formidable technical skills and keen political and social consciousness, music that harkens back to hip-hop titans Nas and Talib Kweli.”

Four20s:

Four20s, (Charleston) is a group of some of the most sought after musicians in the music industry. Rodrick Cliche (founder/music director), JT “ICE” Rollerson, Vonta “Enuf” Green, DJ “95 GRVMZ” Graham, and Antwuan Gantt. Between them their resumes are impressively vast collaborating with artists including: D’Angelo, Raphael Saadiq, LeAnne Rhimes, Far East Movement, Asap Rocky, Jordan Fischer and Joss Stone. Currently performing and creating with Benny Starr, and Soulful Congregation.
